Welcome to Seaberhof in St. Josef am See near Kaltern!

Our Seaberhof is located in St. Josef am See, among the slopes covered by vineyards and it is the destination for those who like nature and wine. Here you can discover the picturesque and famous South Tyrolean wine route, its wineries and its excellent products. As well, after an adventurous day, a refreshing bath in the waters of Lake Kaltern is fore sure the best thing.

Our guests are offered comfortable rooms as and one apartment. All premises are completely refurbished and equipped with any comfort. The double rooms with balcony dispose of a living area, TV, safe as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment offers a living room, TV and safe, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC as well as balconies. WLAN is available as well.

In the morning, you can enjoy our rich breakfast on the sunny terrace or in our breakfast room, consisting of homemade products with jams, fruit juices, bread as well as numerous other sweet and savoury delicacies. The guests in our apartment can enjoy our breakfast as well. For our little guests, we offer a well-equipped playroom with children’s kitchen, children’s shop, Lego, parlour games, rocker and book corner. Moreover, our guests have free access to the beach and to the pool of Restaurant Gretl am See.

During your stay, we are always pleased to give you tips and information about outdoor activities and to organise bike tours, guided hikes along the fruit orchards, guided visits on our farm and countless other activities for families. Our guests our also offered the mobil & activ Card, which allows you to use all means of public transport for free, to participate in guided tours around Lake Kaltern and much more.
