In our since three generations family-run Gardenhotel Walter***S in Schenna, we welcome you with cordiality and hospitality. The hotel is located in a wonderful panoramic position with view over Meran and the Texel Group, and an atmosphere for pure well-being. For our guests, we offer a helpful service, a comfortable ambiance in rural style and much love for details.

All rooms are equipped with any comfort and dispose of a southwest facing balcony with dreamlike view. For a good start into the day, we offer a rich breakfast buffet with bio corner, which you can enjoy on the panoramic terrace during the warm season. At lunch, we indulge you with specialities from our small lunch menu and in the evening, we offer 4- or 5-course menus of your choice of Tyrolean and Mediterranean specialities with salad buffet. Once a week, we prepare a free buffet with homemade cakes in the afternoon.

Our beautiful Mediterranean garden with large sunbathing lawn and outdoor pool, the indoor pool, the saunas or the infrared cabin are the perfect places for pure relaxation. Soothing massages and beauty treatments are offered as well. As well, our house disposes of new sports room, a large parking and a garage.

In the Gardenhotel Walter in Schenna, you can rent rucksacks, Nordic walking and hiking sticks for free. Guided hiking tours, as well as joint old-timer and Cabrio tours are special highlights for our guests. Public tennis courts are offered only 200 m from the hotel and in the immediate environs, you find two golf courts and we have special offers for golfers. Our house is a good starting point for active holidays or Cabrio tours in the South Tyrolean mountains. As well, you should not miss a visit of the thermal city of Meran.
