The Hotel Schölzhorn is located in Ratschings, surrounded by an enchanting mountain landscape and only a few metres away from the popular Ratschings-Jaufen family ski and hiking area. With us, you can spend your holiday in a cosy, family-friendly atmosphere, relax and reconnect with nature and yourself. In our newly renovated bar, you can enjoy excellent aperitifs, listen to good music and enjoy a good coffee in good company.
Sleeping and relaxing in the Stubai Alps
Our family-run 3-star hotel offers cosy, fully equipped rooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people thanks to an extra sofa bed or in some rooms a bunk bed. Each room also has satellite TV, a safe and free Wi-Fi. Those who love to relax can switch off in our heated indoor pool, in the sauna area with steam bath, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna and infrared cabin, or on our panoramic roof terrace. Gourmets can also look forward to a rich breakfast buffet and a 3-4-course evening menu with salad buffet.
Summer and winter activities
In winter, you can walk to the cable car that will take you to the Ratschings-Jaufen ski paradise. For hikers and mountain bikers, magnificent forest trails and pleasant walking paths pass right by the hotel. At the top station of the gondola lift, the Family Mountain Adventure World Trail begins, and numerous high-altitude trails such as the Ratschings Alpine Hut Trail or the Glaiten High Route begin. The hotel also offers the possibility of hiring e-bikes for your excursions.
