Welcome to the Guesthouse Morandell in Kaltern on the South Tyrolean wine route!

Arrive and feel at ease – the Guesthouse Morandell fulfills this guiding principle in every possible way. The fruit and wine growing farm is located in Mitterdorf in Kaltern on the wine route, in the middle of an extensive vineyard. Apart from a wonderful panorama and cordial hospitality it offers many opportunities to relax, to experience and enjoy your holiday.

We have redesigned our house and from 15 April 2023, 3 comfortable apartments (2 larger and 1 smaller) as well as 1 mini-apartment with cooking facilities will be at your disposal. Convenient for our guests: Restaurants and several grocery shops are in the immediate neighbourhood.

The village center of Kaltern is within walking distance. Thanks to a reasonable ticket for bus and train and good bus service you can easily reach also Lake Kaltern, the surrounding villages and the South Tyrolean capital Bozen without using your own car. Of course the environs are full of interesting leisure time activities for sportsmen, nature lovers and people interested in culture.
