Welcome to the Oberachrain farm in St. Jakob

The Oberachrain farm in St. Jakob in the Ahrntal Valley delights guests with comfortable apartments and restful tranquillity, with relaxed closeness to nature and warm South Tyrolean hospitality. It is located at an altitude of 1,200 metres in the heart of the Ahrntal Valley, surrounded by a dreamlike mountain world with meadows, forests and peaks. For an extra charge we bring bread, milk and eggs to your door in the morning, and in summer we also provide butter and cheese from the farm's own mountain pasture.

Cosy holiday home

The apartments are located on the first floor of our farmhouse. They consist of a kitchen-cum-living room, one or two bedrooms and a bathroom. Facilities include free WLAN, satellite TV, telephone, safe, balcony, bed linen, crockery and towels. Our guests also have access to a covered car park, a barbecue area, a sunbathing lawn and a playground.

Hiking and winter sports paradise

The impressive mountain landscape of the Nature Park Rieserferner-Ahrn invites you to hikes and bike tours in summer and ski tours and snowshoe hikes in winter. The Klausberg skiing and hiking area is just 2 km away and offers the Alpine Coaster ‘Klausberg-Flitzer’ and other family-friendly highlights.
