For 16 days, 16 inns and restaurants will spoil their guests with seasonal and regional delicacies from farms, fields and forests.
When late autumn turns the South Tyrolean landscape gold and when the farmers have harvested their products, it is time to enjoy culinary specialities on Mt. Tschögglberg. From 23rd October to 7th November 2021, selected inns in Hafling, Vöran, Mölten and Jenesien take their guests on a culinary journey through the variety of flavours of Mt. Tschögglberg above Meran and Bozen in autumn.
Potatoes and chestnuts, grain and autumn vegetables – the typical South Tyrolean dishes are prepared of fresh products from the region: This way, guests will look forward to incomparable gourmet moments. Reservation is recommended.
